1 Dead In Detroit Shooting: Police

Police believe the victim knew the suspect.

DETROIT — A man was killed in a Detroit shooting on Monday, according to police.

The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. in a parking lot along Michigan Avenue near Livernois, according to police.

When officers arrived, they found the man shot to death, according to police.

Police did not release any additional details about the victim or the suspected shooter. They do believe the victim knew the suspect.
