$1 Million Mega Millions Ticket Sold In MI, Jackpot Grows To $820M
No one snagged Friday's $720 million jackpot. The next Mega Millions drawing will be held Tuesday.

MICHIGAN — No one won Friday's $720 million Mega Millions grand prize, but check your tickets, Michigan. One ticket sold in the state was worth $1 million.
The numbers drawn late Friday were: 29, 40, 47, 50, 57 and gold Mega Ball 25. The winning Michigan ticket matched the five white balls, making it worth $1 million, according to the Mega Millions website.
The lucky ticket was sold at Hunter and Wayne Liquor, located at 35201 Hunter Ave. in Westland, according to MLive.com.

Two $1 million tickets each were sold in both North Carolina, New Jersey, and Florida, while one winning ticket was also sold in California.
Nationwide, 14 tickets matched four white balls plus the Mega Ball to win the third-tier prize of $20,000 each.

Since no one snagged the big prize Friday, Tuesday's jackpot swells to an estimated $820 million with an estimated cash option of $422 million. The potential jackpot is the fifth-largest in the game’s history.
Drawings are held at 11 p.m. ET on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Despite the game’s long odds of 1 in 302.6 million, players continue to purchase tickets as the size of the grand prize grows.
The last time a Mega Millions player hit the top prize was April 18.
