Accumulating Snow This Weekend Across Detroit Area: How Much And When

Snow is returning to the Detroit area just days after highs hit the 50s. The snow could start as early as Saturday night and continue on and off through Sunday. Forecasters expect up to 1 inch of fresh snow to fall across the region, according to the National Weather.

Highs will be in the 30s to start next week, but will climb into the 40s by midweek, the weather service said.

There will also be another chance for rain and snow next week, the weather service said.

Sunday: Snow; High 36, Low 27

Monday: Cloudy; High 32, Low 20
