Few things bring residents together in a community quite like a farmer's market. As spring will soon turn into summer, many have opened and will continue to operate on a weekly basis through the fall.
Farmer markets typically offer flowers, plants, vegetable starters, herbs and early season fresh produce, all of which supports a local farm or business. Some markets also host food trucks and musical entertainment, as well as beauty products, baked foods, canned goods, arts and crafts.
