Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible across the Detroit area late Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.
Chances for storms increase after 5 p.m. when temperatures across the region climb into the mid-80s, according to NWS.
Forecasters do not expect any severe weather, but did not rule out a few brief downpours or rumbles of thunder.
Temperatures will remain comfortable with plenty of sunshine Thursday and through the weekend.
