DETROIT — The Detroit Lions open preseason Thursday night against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati. The game will be broadcast on Fox 2 Detroit. For those outside the metro Detroit area, you can check your local affiliate here.
The TV broadcast will feature Jack Kizer, T.J. Lang and Patti Cesarini.
Dan Miller and Lomas Brown over on 97.1 The Ticket or whatever Lions Radio Network affiliate is available in your area.
Fans can also stream the game on NFL+ with a subscription. Local fans can watch the game on DetroitLions.com or via the official Lions app for free.
The Lions are not expected to play any of their starters, but first-round pick Blake Miller will play.
The Bengals, on the other hand, are expected to play some of their starters, at least for part of the game.
The Lions will return to Detroit on Saturday, Aug. 22 to face the Washington Commanders in their preseason home opener.
The Lions are coming off a disappointing 9-8 season and missed the playoffs for the first time in two years.
