Renaissance Center redevelopment plan seeks $473M in additional tax incentives for $2.24B project (wxyz.com) — Detroit's Renaissance Center and East Riverfront could see a $2.24 billion overhaul, with Bedrock and GM now seeking nearly $473 million more in tax incentives on top of earlier subsidies.
