Widespread rain showers will move into the area Saturday morning and continue through the midday, according to NWS.
Scattered showers will persist through the afternoon and evening hours before more widespread and heavy rain moves in during the overnight hours, according to NWS.
The rain will continue through Sunday morning and most of the day, according to NWS.
Overall, forecasters expect rainfall totals around 0.5″ to 1.5″ for most areas in the region.
Temperatures will stay in the 60s through the weekend and into early next week. There are also more chances for rain early next week, according to NWS.
