Bagley Host 2nd Annual Neighborhood Block Party
Bagley Community Council Inc. to Host 2nd Annual Neighborhood Block Party Saturday, September 15th

Detroit, MI (September 11, 2018) – Bagley Community Council Inc. will host its 2nd annual Neighborhood Block Party on Saturday, September 15th from 12 noon – 3 p.m. The event will take place at Mayflower Congregational United Church of Christ, 7301 Curtis St. Detroit, MI 48221.
The event will feature music played by a live DJ, bounce houses, games, safety information, free food, popcorn and drinks. There will also be resource tables where attendees can get free information on community resources and city services.
“The Neighborhood Block Party is our way of saying thank you to the members of our community for their support throughout the year”, said Alicia Biggers-Gaddis, President of the Bagley Community Council. “It also gives the residents and businesses in the neighborhood an opportunity to meet and get to know one another.”

Residents of the Bagley community can learn more about the Bagley Community Council and their initiatives. Representatives from the council’s membership committee will also be on hand to sign up new members on the spot.
