With the return of its fan-favorite Hot Orange Chicken, Panda Express®, the largest family-owned and operated Asian dining concept in the U.S., is serving up the spice alongside Detroit football star Penei Sewell at the Livonia Panda Express located at 13701 Middlebelt Road on Friday, July 24.
From 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on July 24, guests are invited to take a seat across from Sewell at an interactive "Hot OC Takes" table, where they'll sample Hot Orange Chicken and challenge the football star with their own rapid-firequestions. Fans who participate in the challenge will receive a pre-signed autograph from Sewell, while supplies last.
Guests will have a photo opportunity with Sewell and Panda Express mascot Pei Pei, as well as spin the prize wheel for a chance to win Panda Express-branded giveaways.
To keep the celebration going, guests who purchase a two-item Panda Plate featuring Hot Orange Chicken will also receive a $15 “Be My Guest” promotional card valid for use during their next visit, while supplies last*.
Available for a limited time this summer, the fan-favorite Hot Orange Chicken is back, delivering the perfect balance of sweet heat with six times more crushed chilies than The Original Orange Chicken®, plus the same scorched dried chilies featured in Panda Express' popular Kung Pao Chicken.
Guests can also enjoy the flavor of Panda Express by pairing their Hot Orange Chicken with signature favorites like Honey Walnut Shrimp, featuring large tempura-battered shrimp wok-tossed in a honey sauce and topped with glazed walnuts, as well as other popular entrees made fresh in the wok.
