Cider Mills To Check Out In Greater Metro Detroit Area

SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — As the leaves begin to change colors, cider mills across the greater metro Detroit area are welcoming people back for cider, doughnuts, apple picking, hayrides and corn mazes.

There should be plenty of cider for everyone, as Michigan's apple crops set a record in 2022 with over 29 million bushels of apples, an increase from last year’s 15.6 million bushels, according to the Michigan Apple Committee.
