Dense Fog, Heavy Rain As Temps Warm: MI Weather

SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — Heavy fog and scattered rain showers moved into southeastern Michigan Thursday morning as temperatures continued warming, according to the National Weather Service.

All of southeastern Michigan is under a dense fog advisory until 11 a.m. Thursday. Forecasters warned visibility will drop to below one mile.

Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected to return to southeastern Michigan Thursday evening as temperatures warm up into the 40s, according to the National Weather Service.

The widespread rain showers will linger into Friday morning across southeastern Michigan as temperatures stay in the 30s overnight, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures across southeastern Michigan will reach the 40s again Saturday before another chance of rain Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.
