The "Back-to-School Empowerment Event" will be held inside the college's Madam Cadillac Hall from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday. Marygrove College is located at 8425 West McNichols in Detroit. My first break in to the journalism world began with the opportunity to work at the Michigan Journal, where I primarily reported on campus and local news throughout the Dearborn community.
