  2. Detroit cash bail reforms to strike at racial inequality. Michigan's largest district court and bail reform advocates have agreed to settle a federal class-action lawsuit over cash bail practices. (Associated Press)
  3. 13-year-old boy charged in fatal shooting of 14-year-old girl in Detroit. Police say a handgun was pointed and fired at the girl about 4 a.m. Sunday as it was being passed around. (Detroit Free Press)
