DETROIT — A Detroit high school basketball player went into cardiac arrest during a game Tuesday afternoon, according to the school district.
Cartier Woods, a senior at Northwestern High School, suffered a cardiac episode during a basketball game against Douglass High School in Detroit, according to the district.
Woods was given CPR and rushed to Henry Ford Hospital, according to the district.
