Detroit Lions Announce Thanksgiving Day Game Halftime Performer

The Thanksgiving Day 2023 game​ will be played on Nov. 23 when the Lions play division rival Green Bay Packers.

DETROIT — The Detroit Lions announced Rapper Jack Harlow will perform at halftime of the team's Thanksgiving Day 2023 game.

Harlow, a six-time Grammy-nominated Louisville rapper, is best known for the hits "What's Poppin'" and "First Class," both Grammy-nominated tracks. He is also an actor and debuted in the remake of "White Men Can't Jump."

Michigan-based husband and wife country duo The War and Treaty will perform the National Anthem.

The Thanksgiving Day 2023 game will be played on Nov. 23 when the Lions play division rival Green Bay Packers. Kickoff will be at 12:30 p.m.

The Lions announced the news roughly an hour before kickoff at their Monday Night Football game against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Lions won the game 26-14, improving their record to 6-8 heading into the bye week. The Lions are in first place of the NFC North, a division they've never won. The Lions last division title, the Central, was in 1993.
