  1. The Detroit People Mover reopened with limited service and is offering free rides after 2 year closure. The People Mover will operate from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, and it is closed Sunday. (Detroit Free Press)
  2. State troopers were led on a stolen vehicle on chase through Detroit's side streets. The suspect was eventually arrested in an abandoned home on Wabash Street. The 27-year-old was found hiding upstairs. (FOX 2 Detroit)
