DTLR Donates 10,000 Pounds of Fresh Produce & 200 Turkeys to Families

DTLR, one of the country's most successful lifestyle retailers with over 240 stores in 19 states, recently teamed up with professional boxers Tony “Superbad Harrison” and Alycia “The Bomb” Baumgardner to hand out 10,000 pounds of fresh produce, nonperishable items and 200 turkeys to hundreds of local families in Detroit. The food giveaway, which is part of DTLR’s “Season’s Feedings” initiative, provided families in need with fresh, nutritious produce and nonperishable items – just in time for Thanksgiving. All of the produce and food items were donated by DTLR, and the turkeys were provided by Tony Harrison and Alycia Baumgardner.

DTLR takes pride in its role in fashion, music and culture, and gives back to the communities it serves through several other programs, including toy drives and partnerships with athletes and recording artists to support local schools and communities.
