DETROIT — More than 50 Henry Ford nurses, doctors and other employees filed a lawsuit in Detroit on Monday against the health system's vaccine mandate.

The complaint alleges the vaccine mandate infringes upon their protected constitutional right to "personal autonomy and bodily integrity" under the 14th Amendment.

Furthermore, the complaint said that "The ‘vaccines’ from Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, and Pfizer have killed more than twice as many people in less than a year than all other vaccines combined since the government set up its VAERS reporting system in 1990."

Since then, other prominent health systems, such as Beaumont, Spectrum Health, Trinity Health and recently Bronson Healthcare have enforced their own COVID-19 vaccine requirements.
