DETROIT — The Detroit Lions are launching a new gameday ticket program that gives fans an opportunity to buy tickets for $60.

The new program will offer a minimum of 100 standing room only tickets for $60 each (limit four per person) for home games, beginning with the Oct. 25 game vs. the Green Bay Packers.

The limited supply of non-transferable tickets will only be available on gamedays at Ford Field. They can only be bought in person at the stadium.

Here's how the process works:

  • Staff will pass out wristbands with the ability to purchase the $60 standing room only tickets at Gate D four hours before kickoff.
  • Once all wristbands have been distributed, those fans can be screened and enter through Gate D. Ticket purchases will be processed and scanned immediately after purchase.
  • Once sold out, all other guests will be notified, and the limited standing room ticket program will conclude.

Team officials said the new ticket program is designed to give more fans an opportunity to experience Ford Field and see Lions games in person.
