I-94 In Detroit Shuts Down After Semi Truck Crash: Police
A section of Interstate 94 in Detroit near the Dearborn border closed Friday afternoon after a semi truck flipped on its side, police said.

DETROIT — A section of Interstate 94 in Detroit closed Friday afternoon after a semi truck flipped on its side, trapping the driver inside, Michigan State Police said.
Officials said the semi truck flipped onto its side on westbound Interstate 94 near Central Avenue at 1:55 p.m.
Officials do not believe the driver was injured in the crash as firefighters were working to get the driver out, police said.

Officials asked drivers to avoid the freeway. Police did not say when the freeway will open back up.
