Insane Clown Posse Fan Who Severed Woman’s Finger, Drank Blood Gets Prison
At memorial gathering for a fellow "Juggalo," Wisconsin woman volunteered her blood and pinky finger, according to court records.

A Wisconsin “Juggalo” — that’s the name of fans of the Detroit duo horror Insane Clown Posse — has been sentenced to prison for three and one-half years after he amputated another Juggalo’s pinky finger with a machete and then drank her blood in a ritual last year in a suburb of Green Bay.
The bizarre ritual took place in late August 2016 at the Suamico home of Jonathan Schrap, 24, who also was sentenced to four and one-half years of extended supervision and probation during Friday’s sentencing in a Brown County Court.
According to court documents, Schrap hosted a gathering of Juggalos at his home last August as a memorial to another Juggalo who had died. When the talk turned to cults and drinking blood, Schrap made a one-inch cut in Shelby Neuens right forearm — with her permission — and “filled up a shot glass with her blood and drank her blood,” according to the criminal complaint.

The talk turned to severing a finger and Neuens, 27, offered her pinky finger as a sacrifice, the complaint said. Neuens was not using drugs or alcohol at the time, police said.
“Shelby stated that no one had the courage to cut off their finger so she once again volunteered to have Jon cut off her left pinky finger,” the criminal complaint states.

The first strike mangled the finger, according to the complaint, but “Jon’s second strike with the machete took the pinky clean off, all the way to the palm.”
“Jon then placed the finger in his freezer, where he said he would cook it and eat it later. The group then attempted to stop the bleeding by using a car cigarette lighter which failed. They then used a blow torch” to cauterize the wound, which Neuens said caused more pain than the amputation, according to the complaint.
Neuens eventually sought treatment for her wounds at a local emergency room at the insistence of her boyfriend’s mother, but pleaded with police not to charge anyone because the amputation was consensual, WBAY-TV reported.
During sentencing Friday, Brown County Judge P. Zakowski was incredulous that the blood and finger sacrifice took place, according to WBAY.
“Where do you go with this? How can this happen? How can this even happen in Green Bay?” Zakowski said.
Schrap pleaded “no contest” to second-degree reckless injury. As part of the plea agreement, a charge of mayhem was dismissed.
A second man, Preston Hyde, 23, has been charged with second-degree reckless injury and mayhem. According to the court complaint, he can be heard saying “finish it” in a video of the incident shared on YouTube. The first strike with the machete reportedly did not severe the finger.
Charges against Hyde, a local rapper who goes by the name “Bloody Ruckus,” are still pending. A third man at the gathering was not charged.
Insane Clown Posse is a Detroit area hip-hop rap group whose fans have been branded by the FBI as a “loosely organized hybrid gang” in its 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment report. Psychopathic Records, ICP frontmen Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope’s label, sued the FBI and Justice Department, but the lawsuit was recently dismissed.
