JARC's 50th Anniversary Celebration Culminates Earth Wind & Fire
JARC resumes its celebration of 50 years of service with a night out with Earth Wind and Fire!

(Bloomfield Hills, MI – October 8, 2019) … JARC resumes its celebration of 50 years of service with a night out with Earth Wind and Fire! The Grammy-winning band will perform their hits on Sunday, November 3, at 6:30 pm at the Fisher Theatre in Detroit. Rob Colburn and Howard Luckoff serve as co-chairs of the event. Tickets start at $250 with a VIP Pre-Glow for $2500+ donors and are on sale now at www.jarc.org/golden.

Earth Wind and Fire is an American band that has spanned the musical genres of R&B, soul, funk, jazz, disco, pop, rock, dance, Latin and Afro-pop. EW&F has won six Grammys and four American Music Awards. They have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and will receive the Kennedy Center Honors for Profound Artistic Impact at the Gala on December 8, 2019.

JARC was founded in 1969 by a small group of parents concerned about the future of their children with developmental disabilities. Today, JARC serves 200 individuals with developmental disabilities in 80 locations, including 24-hour care in group homes and independent living settings for adults, and respite services within the family home for children, teens, and young adults.
