Las Vegas Man Scales Detroit's Renaissance Center, Gets Ticket: Cops
Witnesses saw the man scaling one of the center's towers floor-by-floor without a harness or any other safety equipment.

DETROIT — A 22-year-old Las Vegas man was ticketed for disorderly conduct after police said he climbed to the top of the GM Renaissance Center in Downtown Detroit on Mother's Day.
Witnesses saw the man scaling the side of a 39-story Renaissance Center tower floor-by-floor without a harness or any other safety equipment.
Once he reached the top, Detroit Police were waiting for him where he was arrested. Police did not identify the man, but said he posted bond and officials weren't going to file addiction charges against him.

Police said they were still trying to determine a motive for the stunt, but WDIV said it appeared he was wearing a shirt that said "Protect Women, End Abortion."
