Thursday night will be mostly cloudy with a steady temperature around 37 degrees, NWS said.

Christmas Eve starts dry and cold with temperatures just above freezing at 37 degrees, then rain will develop in the afternoon with warmer temperatures reaching the upper 40s toward the evening, NWS said.
