Man Throws Hot Coffee At Employee At Canton Drive-Through: Police
Police are looking for a man who they said threw a hot cup of coffee at an employee at a Tim Hortons in Canton.
CANTON, MI — Police are looking for a man who they said threw a hot cup of coffee at an employee at a Tim Hortons in Canton.
Police said a man was inside a red SUV, possibly a Chevy Trailblazer, on Sept. 1 at 6:30 a.m. when he got upset in the drive-through at the Tim Hortons on Ford Road near Canton Center Road.
While driving through the drive-through, the man threw his hot coffee on an employee who was at the restaurant's drive through window, police said.

The red SUV then sped away from the drive-through, police said.
Police did not say if the employee was injured.

Witnesses told police the man was between the ages of 60 and 70 and had white disheveled hair and a white goatee, police said.
Anyone with information about the suspect was asked to call Detective Kelley at 734-394-5431.
