See Much Snow Metro Detroit Got In Thursday's Snowstorm.

Some the highest totals were in Macomb and Oakland counties, where the Eastpointe and Washington areas got at least 6 inches of fresh snow.

METRO DETROIT — Most of the metro Detroit area got somewhere between 2-6 inches of snow in Thursday's snowstorm, the National Weather Service said.

Some of the highest totals were in Macomb and Oakland counties, where the Eastpointe and Washington areas got at least 6 inches of fresh snow. Farmington Hills and Huntington Woods got at least 5 inches of snow, the National Weather Service said.

Other areas in Oakland County saw slightly less snow, such as Wixom and Beverly Hills, who measured around 4 inches of snow. Southfield and Troy saw ended up with 3 inches of fresh snow in Thursday's snowstorm, the National Weather Service said.

Thursday's snowstorm spared some areas in Wayne County the most, including Romulus, that only saw a little more than 2 inches of snow. Other areas around Garden City saw around 4 inches of snow, the National Weather Service said.
