Metro Detroit Weather: Calm, Dry Week Until Friday
The next chance for wet weather in the metro region is Friday, where 1-2 inches of snow is expected to fall.
METRO DETROIT — After a round of light snow flurries that left a dusting in some areas of the metro Detroit region, the rest of Tuesday will be calm and dry with temperatures reaching the low 40s, the National Weather Service said.
Metro Detroiters will wake up to fairly cool temperatures around 30 degrees Wednesday morning, before giving away to mostly sunny skies with highs reaching the mid to upper 40s, the National Weather Service said. A steady wind of 5-15 mph is expected throughout the day, but with no weather.
Thursday will be similar to Wednesday in metro Detroit, with fairly cool temperatures in the morning before warming up to the 40s in the afternoon, the National Weather Service said. Thursday will be calmer with little to no wind, but the afternoon will not see as much sunshine as Wednesday.

The next day for wet weather in the metro Detroit region is Friday, where the area will see a rain/snow mix in the morning and afternoon with temperatures staying in the mid 30s, before transiting into all snow Friday night, the National Weather Service said. 1-2 inches of fresh snow is expected by Saturday morning, as cooler air slides in the metro Region for the weekend.
