MI Gas Prices Fall 14 Cents Over Past Week: AAA
Gas prices in Michigan have fallen 14 cents over the past week, the lowest price in about three months, according to AAA.

MICHIGAN — Gas prices in Michigan have fallen 14 cents over the past week, the lowest price in about three months, according to AAA.
Michigan drivers on Monday morning paid an average of $3.58 per a gallon of gas, which is 6 cents less than the same time last month and 77 cents less than this time last year, according to AAA.
Nationally, drivers paid an average of $3.71 per gallon, according to AAA.

Gas prices were even cheaper in the metro Detroit area, as drivers paid an average of $3.54, which 14 cents cheaper than a week ago and 18 cents cheaper than a month ago, according to AAA.
"Michigan motorists are seeing the lowest gas prices since July," AAA Spokesperson Adrienne Woodland said. "If oil prices continue to decline, drivers can expect further price drops at the pump in the weeks ahead."

The most expensive gas prices are in Jackson at ($3.67), Marquette at ($3.65) and Lansing at ($3.64). The cheapest gas prices are in Metro Detroit at ($3.54), Benton Harbor at ($3.55) and Flint at ($3.57).
