Missing Detroit Teen Has Been Recovered: Police
Police said the teen left without permission, and was reported missing when she didn't return home.
DETROIT — A 16-year-old Detroit girl who was reported missing last week was found safe over the weekend, according to police.
Marissa Wright, 16, was reported missing last Thursday after she was last seen at her home on the 12000 block of Northlawn, in the area of West Grand River Avenue and Interstate 96, according to police.
Police said the teen left without permission, and was reported missing when she didn't return home. Police did not say where she was found, and no further information was released.
