New AT&T "It Can Wait" Campaign Targets Detroit Bird riders

The scooters are available in Detroit, Ann Arbor and East Lansing

AT&T is focusing its popular “It Can Wait” public service campaign on a new form of transportation. The anti-distracted driving campaign has evolved beyond the car to the handlebar and the telecom is partnering with the scooter sharing brand, Bird, which operates in Detroit, East Lansing and Ann Arbor.

AT&T released a new online spot this week highlighting what happens when you “scoot distracted.”

Electric scooters and bikes have made getting around more convenient. It’s the latest trend in transportation innovation, affordable and environmentally friendly. Along with Bird, AT&T wants to raise awareness that no text, post or video is worth a life. It Can Wait.
