No. 2 Michigan Expects to Manhandle Iowa: All You Need To Know

Kickoff time, TV, point spread, tickets, parking, traffic and more for Michigan (9-0) and Iowa (5-4) football game.

Coach Jim Harbaugh has his No. 2 Michigan squad rolling after the Wolverines manhandled Maryland on Saturday 59-3. It would be a major stunner if Iowa derailed Michigan, considering the Hawkeyes lost resoundingly to Penn State on Saturday 41-14.

The Wolverines assaulted the Terrapins on all fronts, starting with quarterback Wilton Speight, who threw for 362 yards and two touchdowns. Michigan was a force on the ground as well as the Wolverines ran for 273 yards and five touchdowns, led by De’Veon Smith’s 114 rushing yards and three scores.

The Michigan defense was rock solid as always, as the Wolverines recorded two interceptions and held the Terrapins to 78 yards rushing on 38 attempts. Iowa’s offense has struggled of late, scoring only 14 points Saturday against Penn State and only nine the week before against Wisconsin. The Hawkeyes probably won’t deviate from that trend against the Wolverines.
