While schools remain closed, Redford Union will provide free meals to students under the age of 18. Children can pick up meals with or without a parent.
Students can pick up breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Friday pickup will include enough food to last the weekend. School buses can also deliver meals to students in need. For questions, call 313-242-6133.

Here's where students can get meals 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.:
Beech Elementary, 19990 Beech Daly: Behind the building at the small loading dock.
Hilbert Middle School, 26440 Puritan: Circle drive on Lexington
Redford Union High School, 17715 Brady: Side entrance facing Curtis Street
ADDITIONAL MEAL PICK-UP INFORMATION:
Redford Union Schools will be providing emergency meals at no cost for children under the age of 18.
We encourage only one parent or guardian to pick-up the food for all children under the age of 18; however, children may also pick up meals without a parent/guardian present. All meals will be prepackaged and will be passed out at the outside designations listed below. Meals will consist of one breakfast and one lunch per child under the age of 18. Friday meal pick-ups will consist of three breakfast/lunch for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We will not be providing an inside dining space.
Meals will be available MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, Tuesday, March 17 - Friday, April 3, 2020. Sites will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

MOBILE MEAL DELIVERIES
We recognize not all of our students/parents will have access to the Meal Pick Up Points. Every Wednesday, we will deliver two days of breakfast/lunch meals. School buses will deliver meals to the designated bus stops/times listed below in your area. Any student can get a meal from any stop regardless of the school he/she attends. These lunches are available to anyone 18 years of age or younger. Parents may pick up meals without their children, although we prefer the child is present. These meals are being made at no cost to you through the Federal School Nutrition Program. The exact times and locations can be found below.

MOBILE MEAL DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020
