Semi-Truck Driver Smashes Into Parked Cars, Apartment: 1 Injured
Police said the crash happened around 2:00 a.m. Monday in the area of Greenfield Road and Grove Street near Outer Drive.
DETROIT — Detroit Police are looking for the driver of a semi truck who ran away after slamming into several parked cars and an apartment building on the city's westside.
Police said the Freightliner tractor-trailer hit six parked cars along the west side of Greenfield Road, south of Grove St. around 2:00 a.m. Monday morning.
A 58-year-old man who was sitting in a parked car temporary serious condition following the crash, police said.
