Sheetz Planning To Open 3 New Metro Detroit Locations: Reports
The popular mid-Atlantic gas station chain is planning to open two locations in Wayne County and one in Macomb County, according to reports.

METRO DETROIT — Sheetz, a popular mid-Atlantic restaurant and gas station chain, is planning to open three new metro Detroit locations, according to reports.
The company is looking to open three new spots: two on Middlebelt Road north of Interstate 94 in Romulus and one on 23 Mile Road east of Interstate 94 in Chesterfield Township, according to reports.
The company did not announce any opening dates for the three planned locations.

The convenience store plans to offer its award-winning Made-to-Order menu, which allows local residents, or "Sheetz Freakz" to order any of Sheetz’s customized drinks or food items around the clock.
Plans for the three new metro Detroit locations come after plans for a Rochester Hills/Troy location fell through and a proposal in Fraser faced significant pushback.

Last year, Sheetz confirmed it was planning to open its first Michigan location sometime in Romulus, roughly 4 miles from Metro Detroit airport, sometime this year, according to a Crain’s Detroit Business report.
Sheetz operates 669 store locations across six states including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio and Maryland. All Sheetz locations are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
