SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN — Scattered thunderstorms may develop along a line of widespread showers that is likely to cross southeastern Michigan on Friday before temperatures warm back up into the 80s, according to the National Weather Service.
The showers and thunderstorms are likely to roll into southeastern Michigan sometime during the afternoon and evening hours Friday, with the best timeframe between 6 and 8 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
Forecasters do not expect any severe weather Friday, but warned any thunderstorm that pops up could produce heavy rainfall and strong wind gusts reaching up to 50 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
