Wayne County Coronavirus Numbers: A Breakdown By Community

A breakdown of how many coronavirus cases have been reported in each Wayne County community.

WAYNE COUNTY, MI —The county has reported more than 5,600 cases of the new coronavirus as of Thursday evening, according to data provided by the Wayne County Health Department.

As of 5 p.m. Thursday, 5,625 cases of the virus had been reported in Wayne County. The numbers exclude Detroit, which reports separately. There also were 436 reported deaths attributed to the coronavirus.

According to the data, Livonia leads the county in reported cases with 537. It has also reported the most deaths in the county, with 68.
