Wrong-Way Fiery Crash Closes Part Of I-75 In Detroit: Police
Police did not immediately know the extent of the injuries.
DETROIT — A Tuesday morning wrong-way fiery crash closed part of Interstate 75 in Detroit, according to police.
Officers began receiving calls about a wrong-way driver moving north in the southbound lanes on Interstate 75 near Dearborn Street at 4 a.m. Tuesday, according to police.
Minutes later, additional calls reported a rollover fiery crash on the freeway near Rosa Parks Boulevard, according to police.

Investigators determined one of the vehicles was the wrong-way driver. They did not know the extent of the injuries at the time of the crash.
All southbound lanes of Interstate 75 were closed from Grand River to Rosa Parks Boulevard. Traffic was being diverted off the freeway at Grand River while police continue to investigate the crash.
