Dexter Township Differentiates between Short-term Rentals and Bed and Breakfast Locations (thesuntimesnews.com) — Dexter Township has tightened and clarified its zoning rules for bed and breakfast operations while keeping short-term rentals prohibited, a change that could affect how local homeowners host visitors. The updated ordinance refines definitions, requires on-site owner occupancy when guests stay, and drops a proposed restriction on small private gatherings to better match nearby communities' rules.
