• Witnesses describe potential last moments of Farmington Hills nature park homicide victim in court (wxyz.com) — Farmington Hills residents are learning new details about the Woodland Hills Nature Center homicide, as seven witnesses described discovering 64-year-old Richard Harris and seeing the suspect with him shortly beforehand during a preliminary hearing this week. Testimony from hikers and the first responding Farmington Hills police officer outlined the scene and evidence, with the hearing set to resume Oct. 28 at 47th District Court.
