• Flint-area prep sports roundup for Sept. 14: Fenton, Powers Catholic stay unbeaten in soccer (mlive.com) — Fenton athletes had a big day on Sept. 14, with the Tigers' soccer team staying perfect after edging Owosso 2–1 and the golf and volleyball squads beating Linden in league play. The roundup also highlights Lake Fenton's tight volleyball win over Goodrich and a 4–4 soccer draw with Pontiac Notre Dame Prep, plus scores from other Flint-area schools.
