We have some special sponsored dogs this week, which means reduced adoption/pulling fees. So consider one of these wonderful dogs first!

There are puppies too--all eager to put their shelter experience behind them.

Adoption Fees:

Unneutered dogs: Genesee County residents: $100 cash. Includes rabies, distemper shots and a Genesee County dog license. $50 refunded upon proof of neutering.

 ****ADOPTERS CAN NEUTER/SPAY for HALF OFF at Country Vet in Davison!****

Out-of-county residents: $86 includes rabies, distemper shots. No license (hence the lower cost)

Puppies (6 months & under): $65 cash. Includes distemper shot.

Dogs already spayed or neutered: $35!

Location: Genesee County Animal Control is located near the town of Flushing at: 4351 W. Pasadena Rd., Flint, MI.

Directions: Easily access off of I-75.

Simply take 75 to the Pierson Rd. Exit, turn West, go about 1 1/2 miles;

Turn left on Linden Rd. and go about 1 1/2 miles; and

Turn left again on W. Pasadena Rd.

The shelter is located about 1/4 mile down on the RIGHT-HAND SIDE. Look for the YELLOW GATES.

Hours: MON-FRI 10 am-4 pm.
(NOTE: It is imperative you arrive by 3:30 pm on the day that you are adopting or rescuing an animal to have time to fill out the paperwork.)
