DUMPED DOG LOOKING FOR LOVE (as of 10/10/12)

     I am a 4-year-old Shar-Pei/Lab/Chow Mix that weighs about 49 pounds. I’m not very tall. But, boy, am I handsome!!!

     Recently, my owners dumped/abandoned me on a stranger’s front porch. This stranger kindly took care of me while I waited in vain for my owners to return.

     But after 4 days, this nice man couldn’t care for me any longer. That’s when I met another wonderful person—a lady who opened up her heart and took me in just when my future seemed very bleak.

     Then she took me to her vet, who is treating me for a very mild case of heartworm. But, no worries, once the treatment is over, I’ll be good as new! And I’m also being neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped!

     I have a very happy disposition and am NOT aggressive at all. In fact, I even enjoy being around other dogs and cats.
