Baker College announces holiday, extended enrollment hours
There's still time to enroll for winter quarter that begins early January.
Baker College of Flint continues to enroll students for the winter 2016 quarter, with on-ground classes beginning Monday, Jan. 11. Online classes begin Thursday, Jan. 7. On-ground course registration continues through the first week of classes. Students have the flexibility to take courses on ground at the Flint campus or a combination of on ground and online.
The Flint admissions office will maintain normal hours throughout most of December:
• Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday, by appointment
The office is closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1, and will offer extended hours for winter quarter enrollment as follows:
• Monday-Thursday, Jan. 4-7, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Friday, Jan. 8, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, Jan. 9, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Monday-Thursday, Jan. 11-14, 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The admissions office will resume its normal hours beginning Monday, Jan. 18.
Financial assistance is available to students, including scholarships, grants, low-interest loans and work-study programs.
