Fratz Consignment Moves to New Building
Fenton consignment shop moves north on Torrey Road and will host grand opening June 23.
I remember walking into when they opened in a smaller building and being in awe of the cool things awaiting me to find.
The nicest people a person could ask for too. Always having answers for my sometimes silly questions and always smiling and laughing or just listening when you needed to talk. Yes, this whole group of people soon became friends and our extended family.
The store soon expanded and the merchandise grew and grew and anything I needed I would immediately go to Fratz for and most times return home with the mission accomplished.

Eleven years later, many life changing events for everyone and good karma enabled Linda Nielsen and Yvonne Gay, their family, friends and co-workers to be part of a huge decision. That decision has been to purchase their own building and they did!
The new location, the former Building, 14219 Torrey Road, (next to ) is a quarter mile north up Torrey Road from the current location. Signs are up, walls are drywalled, paint is sprayed, carpet is down in the new location.

The store shut down the store to move on Father's Day and it has been non stop ever since. Pack up, load up, unload, rebuild, stock and place. The last few days have been hard with the soaring 90+ degree heat and high humidity.
The Fratz crew continued through this and are still at it. There will be a grand reopening Saturday, June 23 with pizza, ice cream, lemonade and cake.
Working together to accomplish this gigantic feat has proven to be hard work and we have and are still continuing to reach the goal of being ready for this Saturday!
I am headed out to water the flowers that will be planted and hung at the new location. A huge thank you goes out to the people who have helped and who have contributed with everything from time, flowers, food and signs.
Another thank you goes to all the customers who have helped Fratz achieve a dream - a place to call their own. We look forward to seeing all the familiar faces of and many new faces too! After all - you have made Fratz a household name and we appreciate that and we appreciate all of you too!
