State Road Elementary is Unsafe With All the Speeding Motorists
State road needs to a marked school zone with more police presence. Many school age children and families are in danger until people slow down!!!!!
I live in close proximity to state road elementary. We have been in Fenton for six years. In those six years we have experienced an abnormal amount of people who choose to blow through the 25mph speed zone that starts at the southern most Fenton city limits on State road. This area passes right by State Road Elementary. I have two young boys and the neighborhood is full of young children. I fear someone is going to run a child over because they cannot seem to wrap their minds around the 25mph zone. This area is not marked as a school zone even though it clearly is. My neighbors and I have tried to get the police involved with out success. Is going to take someone loosing their child in order for there to be a change. I hope not! Please me make my voice heard. This is a problem that needs to be addressed!!! Please!!!!
