Downtown Fenton Streetscape Update - August 21

FENTON MI- At the end of construction on Friday Afternoon, LeRoy St. will reopen to a two-way street between Elizabeth St. and Ellen St. Ellen St. will reopen to two-way traffic between LeRoy and Walnut St. Traffic patterns where the first phase of construction was, will return to what they were prior to construction beginning in March. LeRoy St. will continue to be closed from Ellen St. to Caroline St as they are continuing work in this area. This past week they were able to install water main and storm sewer in the area. They are also grading the street to prepare for concrete to be poured next week. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday next week, LeRoy St. will close between Caroline and Silver Lake Rd. as storm sewer and water main will be connected.
