Downtown Fenton Streetscape Update - October 2

Stay in the know about the Fenton Streetscape 2015 at FentonMomentum.com

FENTON MI-

Next week, Champagne-Marx will continue to pour concrete sidewalk around the Cornerstone Building and prepare LeRoy St. between Ellen St. and Caroline St. for paving. The first layer of asphalt paving will occur on LeRoy St. between Ellen St. and Caroline St. tentatively for next Wednesday. It will not be determined until early next week, if LeRoy St. between Caroline St. and Silver Lake Rd. can be paved.

The radiuses to the intersections will be poured next week at the intersection of Silver Lake Rd. and LeRoy St. Champagne- Marx doesn’t believe they will need lane closures for this task. There will be detours for that intersection possibly the following week. Once those detours have been finalized, I will post them.

The street furniture is being installed today in the south end of the construction zone. The aesthetics in that area are improving with that addition.

As always, please be safe and mindful of your surroundings in the construction zone. If you have questions please free to email streetscape2015@cityoffenton.org
