
This class will introduce the students to the basics of Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. Tai Chi Chuan is a centuries-old Chinese discipline for health, relaxation, meditation and self-cultivation. Individuals at any fitness level can particiate in this class. Instructor Marta Slocum has practiced Tai Chi for more than 14 years and taught for more than six years. She has specialized training in Sword Form and Tai Chi for Arthritis.
