A special twist to this event will be...the bake sale and sloppy joe lunch are run solely by men, including Linden's major, the new Loose board president, executive director and board members, Argentine Township Supervisor Bob Cole, and more.

Note that the center is still accepting donations of boutique items and books during regular business hours.

The boutique's needs include gently used purses, wallets, jewelry, scarves, candleholders and unused candles, etc.

The center's collecting new or used books for
the book sale, including children’s books, CURRENT text
books and gently used hardcovers, paperbacks and books on tape. No encyclopedias, please.

Proceeds from the bake sale and lunch will support the Loose Community Angels and their continuing efforts to
reach out. Proceeds from the boutique and book sales
will support programming at the Loose Center.
